Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the aspimenu.com website (the “Website”), your ASPI MENU account and the ASPI MENU software, as well as the purchase of licenses for it. The Website and ASPI MENU are provided by ASPI (“ASPI”, “we” or “us”). Our official contact and support channel is the ASPI MENU Discord server (discord.gg/aspimenu), where you can open a ticket at any time.
These Terms apply to everyone who visits the Website, creates an account, makes a purchase, redeems a key or uses ASPI MENU, including resellers. When you create an account, and before each purchase, we ask you to accept them expressly by ticking a box; you are also bound by them when you redeem a key or use ASPI MENU.
If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law: if any clause conflicts with a mandatory legal provision, that provision prevails.
Together with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Cookie Policy form part of the agreement between you and ASPI.

What we offer
ASPI sells licenses to use ASPI MENU, a software product for FiveM, the platform for modified Grand Theft Auto V multiplayer servers. We do not sell the Software or any rights in it: we sell the right to use it for the duration of your plan, under the rules set out in these Terms.
Licenses are delivered electronically, in the form of a key, usually within a few minutes of payment being confirmed. What we say about ASPI MENU on the Website and on our Discord describes it as it is at the time of your purchase. Features may change with updates (section 15).
Who may use ASPI MENU
To create an account, buy or use ASPI MENU, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The following people may not buy or use ASPI MENU, or ask anyone else to do so on their behalf:
- developers, programmers, administrators, moderators, staff members, owners and anyone else who is part of the team of a FiveM server, whatever their role and even if they are not paid for it;
- people who develop, maintain or market anti-cheat or security systems for FiveM or GTA V, and anyone who works for them;
- people whose account, computer or key is on the blacklist, or anyone acting on their behalf.
If any of these circumstances arises after your purchase (for example, if you join the team of a FiveM server), you must stop using ASPI MENU. Buying or using it while excluded is a serious breach of these Terms and may lead to blacklisting without a refund (section 8).
ASPI MENU does not work on every computer. If it is not compatible with your PC, we refund your money and revoke the key (section 12 and the Refund Policy).
Your account
Your ASPI MENU account is the same on the Website and in the loader. It is created with a username, an email address and a password, and is verified with a code we send to your email. You can turn on two-step verification (2FA) with an authenticator app, and we recommend that you do so.
Your account is personal: only you may use it. You must not share your username or password, let anyone else access your account or use your license, or use someone else’s account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for everything done with your account. If you think someone has accessed it, change your password and let us know right away by opening a ticket on Discord.
The details you give us, such as your email address or your Discord ID, must be true and your own. You can change them from your account, subject to the security checks indicated there, such as a code sent to your email or a minimum waiting time between two changes of your Discord ID.
If you lose access to your authenticator app, open a ticket on Discord: before removing 2FA, we will need to verify that the account is yours.
Your license
When you redeem a key, ASPI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use ASPI MENU, for your own non-commercial use, for the duration of your plan and under the rules set out in these Terms.
Once a key has been redeemed, the license cannot be transferred. You may, however, give away a key that has not yet been redeemed, without charging anything for it, to another person who is not excluded (section 4); that person will be bound by these Terms upon redeeming it. Only resellers may sell such a key (section 13).
The license is tied to your account and your computer (HWID). If you change computers, you can request an HWID reset from your account: you need an active license, you can only have one pending request at a time, and you must respect the waiting period between resets shown in your account. We review every request and may reject any that are not justified or that appear to be an attempt to share the license.
ASPI MENU is and remains the property of ASPI and its licensors. The license does not transfer to you any intellectual or industrial property rights in the Software, its code, its design or its trademark.
Rules of use
When using ASPI MENU, your account and your keys, you must not:
- share, lend, assign, sell, rent out or otherwise transfer your license or your account, let anyone else use them, or share or publish your keys (an unredeemed key may only be given away, as set out in section 6);
- resell keys, licenses or accounts unless you are a reseller approved by ASPI; resellers may only do so under the rules in section 13;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, dump the memory of, modify, patch or crack the Software or the loader, analyze their communications, create derivative works based on them, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent their protection, their licensing system or their HWID binding, or help anyone else to do so, except to the extent that the law expressly permits it and this cannot be excluded by contract;
- publish, leak or distribute the Software, the loader, their files, their updates or keys, or offer cracks, copies or unauthorized access;
- spread false, defamatory or disparaging statements about ASPI MENU, ASPI or its team, on Discord, on social media, on forums or in any other medium, or take part in campaigns to discredit them. This does not prevent you from giving your honest opinion or from making a complaint through the channels the law gives you; if you have a problem, we ask you to tell us about it first in a ticket so that we can sort it out;
- impersonate ASPI, its team, the official store or a reseller, or create lookalike websites, servers or profiles;
- buy or use ASPI MENU if you are excluded (section 4);
- pay with payment methods that are not yours or without authorization, open unfounded chargebacks or disputes, or abuse coupons, offers or the payment system;
- attack, probe or overload the Website, the loader or the licensing system, or access them by automated means (for example, with bots, by scraping or by trying to guess keys or passwords), or try to access other people’s data or accounts;
- use ASPI MENU to commit unlawful acts.
The examples in this list are not exhaustive: any conduct that pursues the same aims or has the same effects is also a breach of these Terms.
Blacklist and other measures for breaches
If you breach these Terms, in particular sections 4 and 7, commit fraud or abuse the payment system, ASPI may take one or more of the following measures, depending on the seriousness of the breach and whether it is repeated:
- a warning;
- temporary suspension of your account or license while we review the case;
- the blacklist: permanently revoking the keys and licenses concerned; blocking your account on the Website and in the loader, your computer (HWID) and your other related accounts, email addresses and devices; removing you from our Discord server; and refusing your future purchases;
- if you are a reseller, also the withdrawal of your reseller access (section 13).
Blacklisting is permanent. Where it is due to a breach on your part, it does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining license time, to the extent permitted by law.
Keys obtained fraudulently or without authorization (for example, keys paid for with stolen payment details or later charged back, leaked keys, or keys sold by someone who is not a reseller) may also be blacklisted, even if they were redeemed by someone else. Only buy from the official store, aspimenu.com, or from the resellers we announce on our Discord: if a key you bought from someone else is revoked, you will have to seek redress from whoever sold it to you.
Before applying a blacklist, the ASPI team reviews the case using the available evidence, such as licensing system, payment and account records. If you believe it was applied by mistake, open a ticket on Discord and explain why: we will review the case and, if we got it wrong, we will correct it.
These measures are without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate.
Orders, prices and how the contract is formed
Buying on the Website involves the following steps: (1) you choose a plan; (2) you enter your email address or buy while logged in to your account, choose a payment method and see the exact total, including any payment method fee, before paying; (3) you expressly accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy and request immediate delivery (section 12); (4) you pay; and (5) we confirm the payment and deliver your key. The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment.
An unpaid order expires after 60 minutes. If you start paying before it expires (for example, with your bank’s verification, on PayPal or with a crypto transfer that takes time to confirm) and the payment is confirmed within the following 24 hours, we deliver the order automatically. In any other case, such as a payment started after the order has expired or after changing payment method, we review it manually and either deliver the order or refund your money.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. Payment method fees, where applicable, are always shown before you pay. Offers and coupons are subject to the conditions and duration stated in each case and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Next to some prices, an approximate equivalent in another currency may be shown, for guidance only. We always charge in euros: the final amount in your currency depends on the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment method.
If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order before delivery and refund everything you have paid. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been paid for.
Delivery and activation
Your key is delivered automatically once payment is confirmed: you can see it on your order page and we also send it to you by email. If you buy while logged in to your account, it also appears there, ready to be redeemed.
If no keys are available at the time of delivery, your order remains pending and we will deliver it as soon as keys become available. If we cannot deliver it within a reasonable time, we will refund the amount paid.
To activate your license, redeem the key on your account, either on the Website or in the loader. If you already have an active license, the time on the new key is added from the moment your current license ends. No more time can be added to an active Lifetime license: the key is not redeemed, and you are warned beforehand.
A Lifetime license has no expiry date and lasts for as long as ASPI MENU continues to be offered. If we ever stop offering it, we will announce it on our Discord with reasonable advance notice.
Each key can only be redeemed once. Keep it private until you redeem it, because anyone who has it can use it. We are not responsible for keys you share or lose.
Payments
We accept cards and digital wallets processed by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others), PayPal (processed through Stripe), and cryptocurrencies processed by NOWPayments. Resellers can also pay with their balance (section 13). Payment providers are independent companies with their own terms and conditions. You enter your card details directly with the payment provider, and they never pass through our servers.
With PayPal, the payment is processed through Stripe: we take you to PayPal to confirm it with your account and, once you’re back, your order updates on its own.
Every payment is checked automatically (amount, currency and authenticity) before the key is delivered. If a payment cannot be verified or is flagged by anti-fraud checks, the order is placed under review.
If you think a charge is incorrect, please contact us first in a ticket on Discord: almost everything is resolved faster and better that way than through a dispute. We contest unfounded chargebacks with the evidence of delivery and use that we keep, and an unfounded chargeback or dispute over a delivered order will lead to the blacklisting of the purchased key and of the account that redeemed it (section 8). This does not limit your right to dispute charges that are genuinely incorrect or unauthorized.
Right of withdrawal, refunds and legal guarantee
ASPI MENU licenses are digital content delivered immediately. For that reason, Article 103(m) of the Spanish consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), which implements Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, allows the 14-day right of withdrawal to end when delivery begins, provided that you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right. That is what you do by ticking the box on the payment page, and we confirm it in your order email.
If you do not give that consent, or if we do not deliver the key to you, you keep your full 14-day right of withdrawal.
In addition, and in any event, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content: if the key does not work, cannot be redeemed or the Software does not match its description at the time of delivery, you are entitled to have us fix the problem (for example, with a replacement key) and, if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a refund.
If ASPI MENU is not compatible with your PC, meaning it cannot be made to work on your computer even after following support’s instructions, you are also entitled to a refund: we refund your money and revoke the key.
The details, and how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy.
Reseller program
Resellers are people or stores that ASPI approves to resell ASPI MENU keys. Access is requested from your account, by providing your store’s details and your Discord ID and accepting these rules, and requires a one-time payment. If we approve the application, the full amount goes into your reseller balance for buying keys; if we reject it, we refund it. The price of access, the discount and the purchase limits are those published on the resellers page at any given time.
As a reseller, you undertake to:
- always sell at or above the official price;
- offer no more than one discount a month, and only after requesting it in a ticket and receiving our approval;
- always sell under the name “ASPI MENU”, without passing yourself off as the official store or creating lookalike websites or servers;
- not share reseller prices;
- inform your buyers that the use of ASPI MENU is subject to these Terms, and not sell to anyone you know to be excluded (section 4);
- look after your own customers and comply with the rest of these Terms.
The reseller balance is held in euros, is personal and non-transferable, does not earn interest and can only be used to buy keys on the Website. Top-ups are paid for using the same methods as in the store, and the balance is credited once the payment is confirmed.
The sales you make to your customers are contracts between you and them: you collect the payment and you are responsible for them. If a customer files a chargeback against you, scams you, resells without authorization or leaks a key, you can request from your panel that the key be blacklisted, providing the evidence. The ASPI team reviews the request and, if it approves it, the key stops working and the account that redeemed it is blocked.
As a reseller, you can see whether each of your keys has been redeemed, when and under which username, solely to manage your sales and any potential fraud. You may not use that data for any other purpose.
If you breach these rules, we may withdraw your reseller access and apply the blacklist (section 8). If we withdraw your access, we will refund your unspent balance, deducting anything you owe ASPI (for example, the amount of a balance top-up you have reversed through a chargeback).
As a reseller you act in a business capacity, so consumer protection rules do not apply to your purchases as a reseller, unless the law provides otherwise.
Intellectual and industrial property
The Website and ASPI MENU, including their text, designs, graphics, videos and code, and the “ASPI MENU” trademark belong to ASPI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our permission, except as permitted by law.
FiveM, Cfx.re, Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive are trademarks of their respective owners. ASPI is not affiliated with them or endorsed or sponsored by them, and mentions them only to indicate what ASPI MENU works with.
Risks of use and updates
ASPI MENU modifies how FiveM and GTA V work. Using it may breach the terms of service of those platforms or the rules of the servers you play on, and may lead to warnings, kicks or bans on your game accounts or on those servers. This is a known risk of this type of software, which you accept by using it: it is beyond our control and we are not liable for such measures.
How ASPI MENU works depends on the game, on FiveM and on their anti-cheat systems. When these are updated, ASPI MENU may temporarily stop working until we release an update. We work to do so as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee timeframes, or that the Software will be undetectable or will work without interruption.
We may also improve, change or remove features in updates. The features we describe are those ASPI MENU has at the time of your purchase, not a commitment that they will always be maintained.
For all these reasons, if ASPI MENU temporarily stops working, or changes or loses a feature, because of an update after delivery, this is not a defect and does not entitle you to a refund. If an outage is prolonged, we may compensate you with license time, at our discretion, and we will announce it on our Discord.
Nothing in this section affects your legal guarantee of conformity (section 12).
Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited: damage caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, and your statutory rights as a consumer, including the guarantee of conformity (section 12).
In all other cases, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for: measures taken against your accounts by game publishers, FiveM or servers (section 15); the temporary interruptions and feature changes described in that same section; delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of third-party services we depend on (payment networks, blockchains, Cloudflare, Discord or our licensing system provider), internet or power outages and other cases of force majeure; or damage resulting from your own breach of these Terms.
Causes beyond our control never reduce your rights as a consumer: if they prevent us from delivering an order you have paid for, we will refund whatever we have not delivered. Nothing in this section limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Website and ASPI MENU whenever you wish and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting your account ends your license and does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining time.
We may suspend or close an account for a serious reason: fraud, abuse of the payment system, attacks on our systems or breaches of these Terms (section 8).
If we stop offering ASPI MENU or close an account for reasons not attributable to you, we will refund any paid orders we have not delivered and any unspent reseller balance, and we will respect the rights the law gives you in relation to your active licenses.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
We will announce significant changes on the Website and on our Discord, and by email where appropriate, with reasonable notice before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using ASPI MENU before it takes effect.
Governing law, complaints and other provisions
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another European Union country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may bring proceedings before the courts of the place where you are domiciled.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first in a ticket on our Discord: we reply quickly and almost everything is resolved there. If you are not satisfied, you can also turn to the consumer authority where you live. We are not currently a member of any consumer arbitration system.
If any clause of these Terms is declared void, the remaining clauses will continue in force. If we do not exercise a right at a given time, that does not mean we have waived it.
These Terms are published in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law provides otherwise.
