The aspimenu.com website (the “Website”) is operated by ASPI (“ASPI”, “we” or “us”), which provides the ASPI MENU software. You can contact us through our official Discord server: discord.gg/aspimenu.
Purpose
The Website provides information about ASPI MENU, sells licenses for it and gives access to ASPI MENU accounts and the reseller program. The purchase and use of ASPI MENU are governed by our Terms of Service.

By using the Website, you accept this Legal Notice. You undertake to use it lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with our Terms of Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Website for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm ASPI or third parties;

We strive to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, and the Website always available, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors or interruptions, for example due to maintenance or failures of third-party services. If you spot an error, please let us know on Discord.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Website. Liability in relation to purchases is governed by the Terms of Service.

The Website contains links to third-party services, such as Discord or payment providers. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
